Ie. areas with uniform temperatures etc. (physical/natural regions) Ares with uniforms cultural practice and beliefs. Regions are something we bring into existence. Regionalization: the process where we simplify our complex world and its human and physicals geographical patterns and processes into regions. Locations on the earth"s surface are assigned/ classified into various regions based on criteria/ criterion. What might be viewed as a region from one perspective may no longer be significant when viewed from another. Yes: a person in a program can stay in one section.
