Civil war: one has a concern with the other because of imbalance of power and differences of opinions. About 25 wars going on in the world today. Ethnic or religious hatred vs. power and development; as countries develop the likelihood of internal con ict declines. Con ict is mostly driven by countries that are poor ghting about being poor.
