If you"ve got the same external environment (same legal, economic, social context), then the process and outcomes will be affected depending on whether the bargaining system is centralized or decentralized. What are components of bargaining structure: 3 components (all interrelated): Appropriate bargaining unit: group of employees want to form a unit because they want union to represent their interest in collective bargaining.
