Scores dyq: based on career interests, don"t pick time management, dp (deliberate practice) You have to allow someone to be sad about the ending of one situation. Then slowly they identify with the new beginning. Pea (positive emotional attractor) reinforcement: awakens someone"s hopes and dreams. Has to be aspirational: awakens your picture of an ideal future. Support system: you need people, you can"t do it alone, people that believe that you can change, and support your change, they must be helpful to your change.
