Organization behaviour is what lls the gap. Organizational behaviour is about: understanding people, the attitudes and behaviours of individuals and groups in organizations. The goal of organizational behaviour is to: understand, predict, explain, and manage how people behave at work, evidence-based management. Hr management is about: programs, practices, and systems, acquiring, developing and retaining employees, recruitment, selection, compensation, and training and development. Organizational behaviour tells us: the science underlying management, interesting things about people and human nature, what affects people"s attitudes and behaviour. Organizational behaviour helps you: avoid mistakes with people, thrive in a tough environment, be a good leader or follower.
