Over the shadowy hills and windy peaks she draws her golden bow, rejoicing in the hunt, and sends out grievous arrows. cp 116. Depicted not in flowing robes, but in hunting clothes. Goddess of childbirth strange for a virgin goddess. In some versions of the myth, she is born first and she helps her own mother deliver her brother. Goddess of the hunt she has a bow and arrows like her brother.
