Because of blockage of liver and pancreatic ducts there is nutrition deficiency, also cannot absorb nutrients, many are malnourished. It can also build up in reproductive organs, in men it can lead to infertility. Lungs: thick, sticky, mucous buildup, bacterial infection, widened airway. Putting an endoscope into the airway and looking at what is there. Goblet cells secrete mucus which traps any dust particles and bacteria. Cilia motility and cilia generated flow push mucus up and out the trachea.
