Document Summary

Egyptians were one of the first biochemists of our time (wine making). Biochemistry is a set of tools, or technical skills, that lend themselves to many diverse scientific fields, most of which are related to the study of biomedical research: i. e. diseases, biomarkers, biotechnology, etc. The primordial universe, billions and billions of years ago, was predominated by h and he chemical elements. Life on earth is primarily composed of c, h, n, o, P and s. 4 main elements are c, h, n and o. These elements came into being well after the primordial universe which involved a big bang (bazinga), creation of a second-generation universe complete with planetary systems and much heavier elemental composition, and voila: the present day earth. The human body is composed mainly of hydrogen atoms (more than 60%), followed closely by oxygen and carbon. Carbon plays a huge role with respect to organic chemistry. The interplay between these 3 main elements defines life.
