Earth, venus, mars and mercury are terrestrial planets. Pluto was considered a terrestrial planet before but not anymore. Pluto is hot on one side and cold one side. The distance between the sun and the nearest than the distance between the milky. Way and the our nearest neighbor (andromeda) by a factor of a million. Not terrestrial and not a hard surface.
