Increases in food prices: people only are trying to live on a few dollars a day, rise in adult obesity - 1975 - 2014, food insecurity, high calorie. Less-healthy: highly processed, epigenetic factors, traits passed between generations not due to dna, due to environmental effects on hormones and toher chemicals transmitted alongside the dna also due to environmental programming during growth and developmentt, eg. Food scarsity: most of the malnourished lives in undeveloped countries, environmental costs of green revolution, environmental degredation, 1/4 of all agricultural nitrogen leaches into groundwater, algal blooms (?)
