Hard work leading olympic athletes work incredibly hard for what they achieve. Intensity & quality of work for athletes who have broken through to the top of their sport almost always surpasses that of the athletes who have not been able to crack the barrier. Jennifer heil weeks before 2006 olympics: asked after finishing 4th at last olympics, what were her hopes for this olympics, never approach saying she wants to win, rather that she wants to perform her best.
