Document Summary
Philosophy of relativism: pathenon, the temple for goddess athena on the acropolis, parmenides of elea (v c. B. c. : the way of seeming (mortal views) Relative truth: the way of truth (immortals view) Privilege of the gods and goddesses: the sophists. Plato mentions him: protagoras 485-410. The truth is relative: man is the measure of all things . All the worldview is a product of a transient human interpretation: all sensations are relative to the state of the observer, epistemological argument. Example: a bee"s perception of colour is much richer than that of a human. Your perception demands on the observer and what state they are in. The tool of apprehension is imperfect and so is the result of it: a thing changes so does the perception of it, ontological argument. Everything is in constant change, so its apprehension is also. Because the reality changes, so does its understanding.
