Administration studies: if you admin ot you decrease cortisol and stress response (but done in men ) Ot admin decreases cortisol and favours positive communication in a couple conflict. Ot admin decreases cortisol and affective stress responses. Cortisol admin increases ot . but only in individuals (and only women) who are highly emotionally expressive. So stress response would engage ot more to allow more pro-social behaviour. In stress context, ot responses in both men and women: Positive association between ot and cortisol responses to social stress only in women.
