Socialization of labeling: cah girls play with toys labeled as boy. Behavioural similarity does not equate causal similarity: animal to human parallels are not necessarily exact (e. g. monkeys) No consistent association with prenatal androgen levels and toy toys preference. ^^hines originally used this as an argument but then retracted it. Potential problems with experimentation as more studies came out making the connection less clear. Measuring androgens is difficult: lack of proximal (indirect) measure. Improve a map of what a cah woman goes through then find controls that match this. Develop framework that includes cah men (propose it"s specific to female or that it"s a spectrum) Organizational effects of androgens on sexual orientation and gender identity.
