Eventually underwent surgery to prevent gastric reflux no change in pain following surgery. Low dose clonazepam therapy was initiated to try to decrease her anxiety. Pain lasting less then 30 days and that is directly associated with tissue injury (cid:862) pai(cid:374) that has (cid:271)ee(cid:374) prese(cid:374)t for at least si(cid:454) (cid:373)o(cid:374)ths(cid:863) Meaning, chances of helping these patients are really low. Could be due to central degenerative changes, muscle weakness & slower rate of tissue healing. More than 38 million individuals in the usa are 65 years or older.
