Need for closure makes you want to close your decision. Need for validity- away from closure as it makes you to think more. There may be specific judgement that you are motivated to have, but you also want to be correct (validity) The motive to have some answer on topic (rather than uncertainty, confusion) You need to arrive to some conclusion at some point -> you have to make a decision/closure of decision-making process.
