When excluding voters aged 18-25, students earning sh, there is still a correlation btwn income and vote choice in 2015 election. Lower ones income - more likely to vote ndp. Higher ones income - more likely to vote conservative. Lost official federal party status, along with ndp. Initially called themselves canadian reform alliance party (crap) Cath more likely than prot to vote liberal. Prot more likely than cath to vote conservative. Each subsequent election, caths were less and less likely to vote liberal. Liberal supporters in general were disserting the party, as result of scandal. Caths 2. 5x more likely to vote conservative than liberal. Caths were still more likely to vote liberal than prots. Religious cleavage similar to that of 2000 - cleavage reappeared. In protestants, there is only a 4 point difference in likelihood of voting. Voters who are non-christian religious were much more likely to vote.
