Thses realists pay attention to the structure of the international political system. Anarchy : never had a world government or world empire. > anarchy is a constant about our world"s system. Has certain effects on the possibilities that states are given. Without anarchy system : power are going to act differently. How much power do i have in relation to your power. > distribution of the power in the system are going to determine that. Dilemma because : the state involved in this logic get involved because they are seeking more security. But by getting more secure they get more en more insecure.
