Values dependency: managers are dependent on those that report and work to them in order to accomplish their goals. Management is universal and the reality of work. Top managers: high conceptual skills, human skills, low technical skills, responsible for making organization wide decisions. Middle managers: some conceptual skills, human skills, some technical skills, manage first line managers. Lower-level managers: low conceptual skills, human skills, high technically skills: first line: lowest level of the organization, work with the product directly.
