A means of communication throughout the different groups in society: moltke was arrested by the gestapo, but not for much serious. July 20th 1944 - decided stauffenberg would place the bomb in the conference room. Sept. 1942 - staff meeting in the nazi party"s hq, w/o hitler: stauffenberg was in the organization section.
