All men allowed to vote, except those w german/hungarian bkgrnd. Many, many political parties--serbian dems/rads form govt, supervised writing of const. Voted to outlaw communist party, peasant party boycotted. Serbian centralists had most power, but a lot of pop had not accepted arrangement/unitary structure. Centralists saw any crit of const as treason. Land reform--general goal was to hav land belong to those who farmed it, Social structure of yugoslavia took a long time. Grew from 12 to 14 mil in 1920"s. Inflighting, plots for assassinations, eventually new elections called on threat of civil war.
