Internaional relaions discredited in the 1970s in us as nixon had to step down. China and cambodia have good relaions because of bad relaions with vietnam. Soviet becomes close to vietnam because of the strain between china and vietnam. Trying to naionalize businesses in the south, established by the chinese.
