Walk using walker w/ w/ hip & trunk extension. 4-step eta = combines assessment & instructional system. By manipulating task variables: establish task goal with person stated clearly but. More like problem that needs to be solved: allow choices of movement solutions, manipulate variables that may influence performance to achieve goal & perform skill, begin instruction on task goals that cannot be met. Assessment & instruction at same time = boundaries bit fuzzy. Developmental theorist = if observe homolateral pattern would ask to change skill into. Contralateral to successful although still achieved goal without mature pattern. Task goal = must be clearly stated as functional.
