C)francophones who wanted a stricted language law were satisfied. They were disapointed before by 63 and 22. This made it difficult for people wothout english background to attend english school. Anglophones were not really affected by this law, but they were concerned. There was no way for an immigrant to send his child to english school. From 1977 to 1982, even people coming from ontario had to send their children to french schools. The bill 101 increased enrollement in english language schooling. This bill made quebec as franch as ontario was english. This province will probably always have language legislation.
