A child need a certificate/liscence to attend an english school (promary). For severly challenges students the loscence for english is permanent contrary to others. For english unfonded private schools you do not need lisence for eligibility. : anglo from new brunswick to quebec was issued this liscnce/certificate of elligibility. C)francophones who wanted a stricted language law were satisfied. They were disapointed before by 63 and 22. This made it difficult for people wothout english background to attend english school. Anglophones were not really affected by this law, but they were concerned. There was no way for an immigrant to send his child to english school. From 1977 to 1982, even people coming from ontario had to send their children to french schools. The bill 101 increased enrollement in english language schooling. This bill made quebec as franch as ontario was english. This province will probably always have language legislation.
