He knows with exactitude the objects that he sees; he recounts with precision the sayings the he hears. His tongue does not stammer, just as his arrow does not stray, for how can his soul err and stammer over that which he precisely sees and hears? . When one steals their land, one has stolen everything form them. Connection with legal anthropology: subject matter and puzzle of human variety/difference: people were being encountered in colonialist natures, customary law in colonial societies was a concern in understanding human institutions. Or is there a common denominator that we can find in all legal institutions and all processes in dispute resolution: are the ways of overcoming conflict based on human life and institutions and legality across human differences .
