Siamois (tf) then binds to goosecoid gene ,, for trasnc activation of goosecoid (siamois not enuf) also need binding of tgf-beta signals ie vg1 ! So where have siamois and vg1 goosecoid exp(dorsal mesoderm gene) S9 nieuwkoop center: has both b-cat and veg1 . induces organizer gene such as goosecoid above it.
