If a youth is on the run, a judge can order a publication of a youth"s name. If a youth wants to be named and the court approves it. In 2013, 18,000 youth were accused of drug crimes: read more media in text, possession of marijuana. By the time he was 11, he was smoking pot and dropped out of school in grade 7. Involved in a gang really young, they provide him with direction in life and company, family. Article says he is an angry youth, but isn"t a lost cause. If you can get ahold of him and show him a better way then he can do so. At the end of the article it shows how tragic it is for both the girl and christopher: got out of jail, but returned a few times for drug use.
