The predeceasing party, the purple shirts, established secret statutes to encourage citizens to pass any information in objection to the fatherland to government officials. The regime however, did not alter the criminal or civil code or the code of procedure. The passing of this information soon became apparent that it was at the will of the citizens providing it. Largely due to the offences being punishable by death, the informants quickly became aware of a legal form of murder. This analysis provides an assessment of two deputy"s recommendations concerning the previous purple shirt regime and their utilization of grudge informers . It will provide an analysis of two deputy"s judgement and their suggestion of advancing the regime"s attempt in management of the accused grudge informer amongst growing public concern. This analysis of deputy #3 and deputy #4"s recommendations for handling the grudge informers consists of the following: analysis, discussion, summary of observations, compare and contrast, recommendations.
