-no intent to cause bodily harm in that moment, so not transferred intent
-more then one person can be part of a murder, parties to a murder
-knowledge on the part of the party, on the fact that murder was going to happen, is
necessary
-when they know and take part in the killing, it is direct involvement in the killing, and
this must be a significant contribution (or substantial, which is more then significant)
-in the case of murder in the course of sexual assault, it must be a first degree
murder
-lavalee case, they killed a 15 year old girl during sexual assault, the first guy that
killed her is guilty of first degree (because sexual assault) then the older guy
helped hold her down and helped to dismember and burn her body (first degree as
well) also has to do with unlawful confinement
