Crosswalk- means the part of a highway at an intersection within the connections of the lateral lines of the sidewalks on opposite sides of the highway measured from the curbs, from the edges of the roadway. Crossover - a pedestrian crossover is any portion of a roadway, designed by law at an intersection or elsewhere indicated for pedestrian crossing by a sign on a highway. Every person in charge of a motor vehicle who is involved in an accident (collision - is not the proper term) involving any injury or significant damage () or more must report it to police. Police officers are required to complete and submit a report in the prescribed format to the ministry.
