Global gender gap report 2014 (page numbers posted) Gender and corporate crime (embezzling money from boss). Most people think men are more likely to embezzle money. Women engage in less big-time corporate fraud then men because of informal barriers. 400 or more individuals only 37 were women, however over half of the 400 were women who engaged in minor corporate fraud. Martha stewart is a big time female corporate fraud. Women are less likely to hold leadership roles when it comes to stealing money. Women remain underrepresented as corporate fraudsters even when they have the opportunity. Homofilly: men prefer to work with other men. How much of this is due to character (women"s failure to make it up to high levels of a business) and how much is due to social culture. Lean in method, women don"t fight enough, don"t act enough like men. The six problems women face in the workplace.
