Smoking/vaping: private residence, many outdoor public places, designated rooms in hotel etc, residential vehicles and boats (must meet criteria, not permitted in indoor common areas (condos, apartment buildings, university/college residences) and many other indoor and outdoor spaces. Max 30 gms of dried cannabis in public. 4 plants / residence ( not / person in the residence) Permitted to purchase up to 30 gms at one time for personal use.
