Contributions of npos delivering services advocating of behalf of a group or cause encouraging self-help advancing spiritual faith and practice facilitating economic development providing financial support to other organizations protecting the environment or fighting for conservation. Shift away from core funding --> project funding, innovative projects, fundmatching.
