Unemployed citizens will wait to seek healthcare which might be more expensive for the system in the long run. Employees might not want employers knowing their medical business. Commodity: kind of thing produced for use or sale, object of trade. Canadian healthcare system described as public system. Don"t have centralized government office where physicians are hired and put on salary. Canada has a public market (quasi-market structure) Salary of administrative staff to paper clips to tongue depressors are paid out of doctors billing. Bill public insurance companies (e. ohip) and get reimbursed. Each clinic is a small business venture.
