It is purely and empirical matter whether someone is happy in that psychological sense. Hedonistic psychologist test the psychological state of happiness through the use of self assessments. The hedonistic view of well being is purely a value of notion. This machine gives you every possible pleasurable experience you could want. The thought experiment tests that we value other things what makes a person(cid:495)s life go well is that her life contains, on balance, more: nozik(cid:495)s expe vrience machine allows people to have artificial brain besides pleasure. To nozick, most people wouldn(cid:495)t want to stay plugged into other things to a person(cid:495)s life going well besides pleasure.
