Document Summary

When we create a network, we take two machines with independent architecture and through connections we do calculations between these machines. When using the word node in a network graph, we are indicating that this is a device. Almost all the time, the connection is a wire. The exception is typically through wi-fi which does. The proper terminology for the connection between them is an edge. not use wires but is still connecting machines. It is possible to put many machines on the same edge. Ethernet blue cable standards in physical layer saying the size of a packet. Ethernet buses were previously referred to as lan, but we should use the terminology of the ethernet bus. Need to isolate information and make it more local. Router joins all machines as if they were on the same bus through the lan. The physical connection between the wires happens inside of the box.
