Sociologists study the commonalties of the connections between people . vs. psychologists who study the individuals. We realize that our individual life experiences are shaped by the society in which we live as well as the general categories we fall into. We don"t make choices we make decisions (we have the illusion of choice but it is controlled by a larger entity) Ppl at the margin of social life are aware of social patterns that others rarely orld ople ut it arely.
