Supervision: supervisors in charge within all types of officers, soco supervises the entire crime scene, individual leaders of all types of officers. Recording: who"s going in and out of the crime scene, keeps records of everything that happens at the crime scene, evidence is recorded, statements are taken and recorded. Put in the upper right hand corner indication the page number. Numbers in the bottom left hand corner indicate the number of pages (example eye witness report) Circumstantial evidence requires an inference/ assumption/ suggestion, evidence that proves or disproves one fact in issue through an assumption or suggestion. Main evidence evidence that proves all or most of the facts in issue the most important evidence . When evidence is used it is given one of the 4 classifications listed above. Eye witness a person who has seen the entire offence, and who can facially recognize the perpetrator.
