The choline gets taken back up into the cholinergic cell so it can remake it again from the mitochondria where this acetyl coa is coming from in terms of the krebs cycle. Acetylcholine would stay acetylcholine and wouldn"t be broken down, and as acetylcholine it binds to the cholinergic receptor (nicotinic receptors)
