Mncs seek compeiive advantages abroad; resource, cheap labor, unexploited markets, investments, low taxaion, etc. Mncs have a global reach because they seek new markets for investments, skilled and cheap labor, and access to resources. Mncs have a global power because they control criical economic resources, they have the ability to move resources around the world, and they have advantages in areas of markeing and consumer"s loyalty. Mncs have become partners in development by providing valuable resource for governments. They provide jobs and help build infrastructures, mncs are oten engines of change and reform in corrupt and mismanaged governments.
