If it"s a medical condition or they really admit that its just a social thing they"re willing to accommodate the person they"re seeing how to change the policy. Technically its legal but you have to go outside 5 feet away from the place. If someone has a health issue they"re gonna tell their employer. You have the obligation to disclose it, if its legal, but the employer has to inquire if it will impact the persons work. Forcing someone to take a blood test in canada is illegal. Drug test and blood tests have to go throughout not target a person. Sports, athletes, drivers, pharmaceuticals, oil re neries, pilots it is legal and required. Anywhere where you could have an impact on the public.
