Identify the proper sequence of group development activities. Tuckman"s stages of group development: forming group is being formed. There is a bit of concern about task because not certain what to do. Will we be able to work together: storming conflict will arise. Is everyone doing their job to move on to the next stage: norming developing ways to work together and communication. How to take decisions: performing phase of activities. You are really focused about the task and open about the relationship. Cooperation is very high in the team members: adjourning it"s the end. During which stage of group development is conflict likely to develop. From the project is assigned till the due date. The first is when you don"t perform that much.
