Si unit: the international system of units that is based on the metric system and uses si derived units for length, mass, time, etc. and prefixes to indicate magnitude (i. e powers of 10) Density: physical property of substance that corresponds to ratio of its mass to volume; property does not depend on amount of substance. Dimensional analysis: method for solving numerical problems that uses conversion factors" to cancel out unwanted units and results in an answer with the desired units (i. e dimensions)
