Hamid dabashi had published a book titled the shahnameh; a persian epic as world literature . My objective in this book is more to articulate the theoretical foregrounding of the power to self-representation and rebellious agency for the subaltern - the colonized, the dominated. The paramount concern in this book is not a mere critique of colonial representations but in fact the manners and modes of ghting back and resisting it. To formulate a new mode of de ant knowledge production against the grain of the power that demands and exacts a subservient knowledge that corroborates all that sustain its course of global domination . Transnational yet regional representations of the people of a culture as well as broadening the term feminine to all people who identify as female. These 6 factors glue all these artworks together.
