Important to learn how to open up a dialogue where we feel secure in discussing emotional topics. The 5d communication model involves downloading, debate, discussion, deep discussion and dialogue. There are particular characteristics to each level of communication. The container/atmosphere: the container is the context/place the dialogue takes place. It is one of the most important elements of dialogues: the right context offers psychological safety. The setting must enable the search for truth. We must create environments where people are not afraid to ask questions: each setting has implicit and explicit rules that must be followed. When having emotional discussions, it is important to find a setting where the implicit rules allow for open discussion, confidentiality, respect: these conditions make up the container for dialogue, where deep and transformative interactions become possible. By being aware of the quality of energy among a group of people, we can create conditions under which a rich interaction is more likely to appear.
