All social groups make rules, and at some time and under some circumstance, try to enforce them. Social rules define behaviours and situations; some actions are right and others are wrong. When rules are enforced, the person that does not comply is seen as. May feel the judges of their behaviour are the outsiders different, untrustworthy, an outsider. The person who is subject to the label or accusation does not agree with it.
