Frank"s conquest of cool can be used in paper to connect socially marginalized people who are then integrated into mainstream culture. Routines, habits, actions in everyday lives create and make up groups. These reformers argued that traditional values were being lost. They also fought for good things: family wages, women"s rights. They saw in young people, citizens who needed guidance. They spent less time judging more time participating and getting involved with. They are responding to social and economic circumstances. There was considerable overlap between sections of the city. Subcultures tended to come up in poorest sections of the city. There was turbulent change with created social disorder which brought in subcultures. Criminals accept society values but do not adhere to them. They focus too much on poor, young people. Different classes have different dialects, food interest, music interest, clothing etc Service workers tend think they are middle class.
