Document Summary

Your bodies basic need to regulate energy demands. Your body determines from your daily routine how much food you need to manage your energy demand. When you act out of your daily routine( ex: excess exercise) and burn more energy than usual, your body tells you you need more. Stress can make some people eat like crazy and others not eat at all. Snacking or grazing while bored (sometimes subconsciously) you see food and eat it. As an adult you start to appreciate food more, you have favorite meals you think about than feel so happy when you eat them. We eat foods we know are bad because they make us happy when we eat them. Hypothalamus helps police what happens in our body. Your humoral signals go to the hypothalamus saying you are hungry. You eat and the humoral signals tell your hypothalamus your full: negative feedback loop.
