Difference between self-help groups, and a structured program model. Board members have to make a written reason as to why the person is not suitable to be. What you think the person predicted level of risk is (risk assessment on case study: general risk is low, domestic violence risk is high convictions the higher the risk. History is one of the best predictions of future behaviour the more domestic violence. There are specialized risk scales for many things (violence, sex offender, domestic violence) Release plan: what stability and support available in the plan: half way house, supportive girlfriend, mitigating he has a place to stay, aggravating victim availability. Completely opposite views of the case based on the risk factors risk scales as discordant.
