Globalization has been accompanied by increasing numbers of people moving across borders for various reasons. Almost all governments encourage and actually seek to promote. Not all movement is welcomed, the movement in the form of international tourism , another reason would be education - part of the global marketplace, overseas employment, some types of immigration welcomed. Why is this the case? why is it that some can move relatively freely across borders, but many others face often insurmountable hurdles? . People can generally move freely within national borders if they are citizens or if they are in the country legally, they can move freely across national borders if they have legal authorization, Citizenship and legality as reasons for restriction is only a partial. Why movements are restricted based on these two things. Mexico and us longest border between 1st world and 3rd world country.
